September - November 2023
Over ten weeks, Nicholls and Uttinger delivered three waters infrastructure and groundworks for the Studholme Street development for a private developer.
We established three waters infrastructure for new residential lots, including connecting the lots onto a live wastewater line, and stormwater detention tanks into the council line, plus a water rider main.
We also constructed a concrete driveway, and delivered remedial work.
This project demonstrated our commitment to communication, and working with our clients to deliver to tight timeframes.
We aimed to make life as easy as possible for the client, who needed to maintain access to the site while we carried out work.
Works included:
New three waters infrastructure
3 x Cirtex rain smart systems
Wastewater and stormwater connections to Council mains
A new concrete right-of-way (ROW)
Landscaping.
Client feedback
"Nicholls and Uttinger where recommended to us by another smaller contractor who was unable to do our job. It proved to be a fantastic result for us.
Right form the start the communication was excellent, with the quote arriving within the short time they said it would.
The good level of communication continued on throughout the project making them approachable to ask questions about the job or to explain what was going to happen during the coming days.
They made life easy for us when we had to make sure that we had to have access during certain times.
They certainly worked very hard with Alister, one of the directors, frequently on the tools. Ra, the supervisor is a real asset to the company and certainly had things under control.
I wouldn’t hesitate using Nicholls and Uttinger in the future and would highly recommend them for their professionalism, hard work ethic and expertise."
